1. Handling staff payroll and any other types of payment processing, prepare the necessary for EPF / Socso / CP22 / bank account and other registrations
2.To be responsible for full spectrum of HR and Administrative related activities.
3.Assist in the recruitment process and on board documents for new hires.
4.Prepare employee personal file and ensue all required documents is submitted.
5. Process employees’ confirmation, transfer, promotion, salary adjustment, resignation and termination.
6. Brief & advise employees on all HR policies and procedures related enquiries.
8. Update the organization chart according to the requirement of the respective department.
9. Maintain all hard and soft copy files and records in a systematic filing system for easy reference and retrieval.
10. Liaise and support all departments on any HR and administrative matters.
11. Perform any other duty & responsibility which the immediate superior or the company may assign from time to time.
