**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage the staffing process, including recruiting, interviewing, hiring and onboarding
- To ensure timely and accurate processing of payroll transaction including salaries, benefits, garnishments, taxes and other deduction.
- To ensure timely and accurate statutory deduction and payments.
- To collect and process monthly staff attendance, leaves, unpaid leaves.
- Ensure timely and accurate of EA preparation and distribution.
- Conduct a discipline process and preparation of related letter.
- Submit staff movement and staff deployment on monthly basis.
- Develop training materials and performance management programs to help ensure employees understand their job responsibilities
- Investigate employee issues and conflicts and brings them to resolution.
- Use performance management tools to provide guidance and feedback to team
- Ensure all company HR policies are applied consistently
- Manage resigned employee management, which include exit clearance, final settlement of salary and correspondence.
- Provide support and guidance to HR staff.
- Submit any report that maybe requested by the Management.

**Requirements**:

- Diploma or Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field.
- At least 2-5 years of experience in a similar role.
- Good knowledge of Malaysian labor laws and HR best practices.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Able to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
- Working hour : Monday - Saturday (9.00am -5.30pm)

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
