Job Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement employee engagement programmes and initiatives that constantly motivate employees.
  • Manage the recruitment and selection process, onboard for new joiners
  • Maintains human resource staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting and training employees.
  • Supervise for performance appraisal system that drives high performance.
  • Administer payroll process and prepare monthly relevant payroll reports,
  • Analyse and manage HR performance KPI's in order to improve the overall performance of organizations(absenteeism, turnover, discipline)
  • Provide human resources monitoring and advice to the executive leadership team and all managers and employees of the scope, with the framework of group HR policy.
  • Responsible for application and renewal of foreign workers.
  • Foreign workers and hotels management.
  • Any other duties and HR projects assigned.

Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least Diploma, Advanced Diploma, Bachelor's Degree or Master's Degree in human resources or any related field
  • Having the ability to analyze problems and find effective solutions
  • Strong time management skills that ensure task is completed on a timely manner
  • Has a strong commercial awareness and business knowledge
  • Detail oriented
  • Ability to plan, design and measure staff KPI
  • Proficient in MS Office Application
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Counselling knowledge and skills
  • Added advantage for fluent English / Malay speaking & writing
