To check and validate the incoming and outgoing transaction in the Warehouse Management System (WMS) before billing.
- To ensure of timely and accurate invoices, system support, customer pricing set up, payment and controls.
- To process monthly customer billing and coordinate with Operations.
- To check the transportation/supplier’s invoice transaction for customers.
- To assist in financial analysis, cash flow management & forecasting.
- To key in invoices and allocation of expenses accordingly.
- To handle Accounts Payables transactions.
- To perform AP reconciliation.
- To process Purchase Requisition received from staff/ operations.
- To conduct proper filing and maintain good filling room discipline to ensure systematic and tidy document management.
- To perform other duties as assigned by the Superior from time to time.
- Experience in process of customer billing, preferably in Logistic/ware housing industry.

**Salary**: RM3,200.00 - RM3,800.00 per month
