**Responsibilities**:
1. Assist in the preparation and processing of purchase orders.

2. Assists in inventory management.

3. Collaborate with suppliers to obtain quotations and negotiation cost, delivery times, quantity, quality and commercial terms & conditions.

4. Assist in the evaluation and selection of vendors based on quality, price and delivery capabilities.

5. Maintain accurate records of procurement activities, including contracts & purchase orders, invoices, vendor information and registration.

6. Coordinate with internal departments to understand their procurement needs.

7. Prepare reports on procurement activities and supplier performance.

8. Ensure compliance with company policies and procurement regulations

9. Any ad-hoc task by immediate superior from time to time.

**Job Requirements**:

- Diploma or Degree in Supply Chain Management, Procurement, Business Administration or in any related field.
- At least 1-2 years of working experience in related field.
- **3 months contract**:

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic analytical skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Detail oriented with good organizational abilities
- Able to multitask and manage timelines effectively
- Willingness to learn and work in a dynamic team environment

**Job Types**: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 3 months

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
