Full training and mentorship will be provided.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Communicate with customers via online chat and phone calls in a timely and professional manner.
- Build strong, lasting relationships with customers through consistent follow-ups and excellent service.
- Develop in-depth knowledge of our products and services to effectively advise and assist customers.
- Make outbound calls to new and existing customers to introduce current promotions and close sales.
- Work closely with the team to improve customer experience and meet sales targets.
- Assist with any other tasks as assigned by your team leader.
