Monitor, update and maintain daily attendance, leaves, and medical expenses.
- Assist Executive in all payroll or other HR related matters.
- Provide HR service to employees such as company rules and regulation, renewal insurance and panel.
- Arrangement for the new recruit and resignation staff all the related matters.
- Support day-to-day HR duties and operations.
- Monitoring office and working environment cleanliness.
- Ad-hoc assignment instructed by HOD and Management.
- Ensure daily administrative task which includes documentation, filling correspondences, coordination and following up on pending matters.
- Provide daily courier and administrative arrangement.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate
Pay: Up to RM2,000.00 per month
