**Job Duties**:

- **Business Growth & Lead Generation**:

- Identify new business opportunities within the sustainability, ESG, green finance, green building, and environmental consulting sectors.
- Generate leads through market research, industry networking, digital campaigns, and participation in sustainability forums, expos, and events.
- **Client Engagement & Relationship Building**:

- Develop and maintain relationships with clients from government, corporate, and real estate sectors.
- Understand client sustainability goals and position AEC Group’s services as value-added solutions.
- **Proposal Development & Tender Support**:

- Assist in preparing customized proposals, pitch decks, capability statements, and tender documents.
- Coordinate with internal technical teams to ensure proposals are technically sound and aligned with client needs.
- **Sustainability Advisory Support**:

- Stay up-to-date with sustainability frameworks (e.g., ESG, SDGs, GRI, ISSB, TCFD), green building tools (e.g., LEED, GreenRE, BEAM Plus), and environmental compliance requirements (e.g., EIA, EPR).
- Translate technical sustainability knowledge into client-friendly presentations and sales materials.
- **Strategic Collaboration**:

- Work with marketing, technical consultants, and senior management to support AEC Group’s branding as a thought leader in sustainability.
- Support public engagement, training, and speaking opportunities that showcase AEC Group’s impact.
- **Sales Performance & Reporting**:

- Meet assigned sales targets and KPIs.
- Track business development activities, client meetings, pipeline status, and prepare weekly/monthly performance reports.

**Qualifications**:

- **Education**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science, Sustainability, Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
- Additional certifications or training in ESG, green building, or sustainability reporting is an advantage.
- **Experience**:

- Minimum 1-2 years of business development or sales experience, preferably in sustainability consulting, environmental services, or real estate development.
- Familiarity with Malaysian and/or regional sustainability regulations and frameworks is a plus.
- **Skills**:

- Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
- Proactive, self-motivated, and able to work both independently and collaboratively.
- Strong analytical and proposal writing abilities.
- Excellent command of English; proficiency in Bahasa Malaysia and/or Mandarin is a plus.
- **Technical Knowledge**:

- Understanding of ESG reporting standards (GRI, ISSB, TCFD), green finance instruments, and green building tools.
- Competence in using Microsoft Office and CRM tools; knowledge of design or data visualization tools is a bonus.
- **Others**:

- Passionate about sustainability and environmental impact.
- Willing to travel locally and occasionally regionally for business meetings and events.

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
