**Roles & Responsibilities**:

- To monitor Project Planning, supervision with objective to achieve company's target within the targeted Safety, time frame, quality and cost;
- To lead, assist & guide all departments; Safety, Quality, Construction and Control departments to achieve Company's target;
- Attending all site meeting, interface and liaise with client and owner;
- To oversee, analyze, and monitor project costing and update board of director from time to time.
- Ensuring timely management of any unforeseen delays.
- Effectively communicate with the Design Team/Consultant to ensure the timely release of design information.
- Supervise, manage and motivate all site team including effective management of sub-contractor activities on site ensuring they are engaged, on target in line with the master program.
- Ensure workmanship and material standards are achieved in accordance with specifications, building regulations, health and safety legislation as well as quality standards.
- Ensure site team and sub-contractors are following common operational standards.
- Ensure the accurate and timely collection and recording of quality and work progress. (photos, QITP’s, daily diaries, etc.)
- Work permit (for non
- Sarawakian), a room and a car will be provided

**Requirement**:

- Degree / Diploma in Civil Engineering / Construction Management or equivalent;
- At least 15 years’ experience in civil & Building construction site management. Worked in oil & gas industry before will be value added.
- Has excellent oral & written communication in English and interpersonal skills.

Pay: From RM15,000.00 per month
