**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist in handling import and export shipments from booking to delivery.
- Learn to prepare essential shipping documents (e.g. Bill of Lading, Packing List, Invoice).
- Coordinate with customers, shipping lines, airlines, customs agents, and internal departments.
- Track and monitor shipments, updating clients on status and delivery.
- Support the team in ensuring smooth customs clearance and on-time delivery.
- Ensure accurate and complete documentation for each shipment.

**Requirements**:

- Diploma or Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, International Trade, or any related field.
- **Fresh graduates are strongly encouraged to apply** - training will be provided.
- Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Basic computer skills (Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Willingness to learn, proactive attitude, and strong attention to detail.
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment and as part of a team.

**Advantages / Good to Have**:

- Internship or coursework related to logistics, shipping, or freight forwarding.
- Basic knowledge of Incoterms or international trade (not mandatory - training will be provided).
