**Position Overview**:
We are looking for a passionate and skilled **Demi Chef** to join our kitchen team. This role is perfect for someone who truly loves to cook and wants to contribute to a kitchen that’s serious about showcasing and elevating quality food. **Key Responsibilities**:

- Prepare and cook Indian dishes as per standard recipes and presentation guidelines
- Assist the Sous Chef and Head Chef in daily kitchen operations
- Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient workstation
- Follow food safety and hygiene standards at all times
- Support in prep work, stock control, and kitchen cleanliness
- Contribute to menu development with ideas rooted in Indian cuisine

**Requirements**:

- At least 1-2 years of experience in a professional kitchen
- Passion for cooking and a good foundation in basic kitchen skills (e.g. prep work, handling ingredients, hygiene practices)
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Able to perform under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Culinary training or relevant experience preferred

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
