At Axross, we’re building advanced HVAC AI solutions to optimise energy efficiency in industries like pharmaceuticals, semiconductors, and precision manufacturing. Our systems help manufacturers better control the production environment while reducing energy consumption, contributing to cost reductions and environmental sustainability.

We are seeking a Business Development Lead to expand our brand presence in Southeast Asia, identify opportunities and build relationships with potential customers, and foster strategic partnerships with the government and private sector.

**Roles and Responsibilities**:
**-Business Development and lead generation**:
○ Conduct thorough market research to identify new target industries and potential business opportunities across Southeast Asia (Malaysia, Singapore, Indonesia).

○ Conduct qualification and discovery calls to assess client needs and align them with the company's solutions.

○ Build and maintain a database of potential clients, prioritizing outreach based on strategic goals.

**-Commercial Strategy and Support**:
○ Develop USP and key messaging of Axross product, tailored to client needs and painpoints.

○ Support external material preparation, pitching to potential customers and commercial negotiations.

○ Conduct financial analyses and energy benchmarks to support commercial negotiations.
- **Networking and Industry Engagement**:
○ Attend conferences and networking events to stay informed about industry trends and connect with potential partners and clients.

○ Prioritise and organise exhibitions at key conferences and tradeshows to establish our presence in the market.

○ Develop joint value propositions and explore collaborations opportunities with potential partners in HVAC and energy efficiency industries.

○ Develop & distribute thought leadership on related topics (ESG, energy efficiency, AI, HVAC, facility management) to establish our market presence.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in business development, sales, or commercial roles (3+ years preferred).
- Strong background in market research, client engagement, and lead generation.
- Familiarity with Southeast Asia’s regional business environment and experience in market expansion.
- Exceptional communication and networking skills, with the ability to engage high-profile clients and partners.
- Proficiency in developing business strategies, tailored proposals, and impactful presentations.
- Knowledge of energy efficiency, ESG, or HVAC industries is a strong advantage.
- Analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities to support strategic decision-making.
- Willingness to travel regionally for conferences, trade shows, and client meetings.
