**Qualifications**:

- Educational Background: High school diploma or equivalent.
- A degree in Exercise Science, Kinesiology, or a related field is a plus.
- Certifications: Must hold a current certification from a recognized organization such as ACE, NASM, NSCA, or ACSM.
- Experience: At least 1-2 years of experience as a personal trainer or in a related fitness role.

**Skills**:

- Strong understanding of exercise physiology, nutrition, and program design
- Excellent communication and motivational skills
- Ability to develop personalized fitness programs
- Proficiency in fitness assessment and body composition analysis
- CPR and First Aid certification

**Key Responsibilities:

- **Client Assessment**: Conduct fitness assessments to evaluate clients' physical condition and create customized workout plans based on their goals, preferences, and fitness levels.
- **Instruction and Guidance**:Provide clear instructions and demonstrations for exercises, ensuring proper form and technique to prevent injury and maximize results.
- **Motivation and Support**: Encourage and motivate clients to achieve their fitness goals, offering support and adjustments as needed to keep them engaged and progressing.
- **Tracking and Progress**: Monitor clients' progress through regular assessments and adjust programs as necessary to ensure continued improvement and goal attainment.
- **Health and Safety**:Ensure a safe workout environment by following gym policies, maintaining equipment, and adhering to all health and safety guidelines.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 6 months

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,300.00 per month
