**Key Responsibilities**:

- Oversee daily operations and sales performance across several fashion retail outlets.
- Set and monitor sales targets, ensuring each store achieves or exceeds monthly goals.
- Motivate, train, and lead store teams to deliver excellent service and strong sales performance.
- Build a strong sales culture through coaching, recognition, and teamwork.
- Conduct regular store visits to assess sales performance, merchandising, and service quality.
- Work with the marketing team on store campaigns, new collections, and seasonal promotions.
- Monitor and analyze sales reports, identify gaps, and implement improvement plans.
- Ensure consistent visual merchandising and brand presentation across all outlets.
- Recruit, train, and evaluate store staff to strengthen team capability.
- Maintain high standards of customer service, cleanliness, and merchandising.
- Provide clear communication and direction to ensure alignment with company goals.
- Provide regular feedback and performance updates to management.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 3 years of experience in fashion retail management, preferably managing multiple outlets.
- Proven record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Strong leadership and team motivation skills — able to inspire and develop people.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Passionate about fashion, styling, and customer experience.
- Organized, analytical, and results-driven.
- Willing to travel between stores regularly.
- Store-based position — must be willing to work on weekends and public holidays.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and basic reporting tools.
