工作地点:
Sunway Velocity(3分钟步行到轻快铁站,交通方便)

晚班/周末/公共假期班次可以居家上班

薪资福利:薪水 RM3,500 - RM5,000

眼镜补贴,年度体检 ,年终 13 薪 ,年度加薪机会

工作时间(轮班制):

- 早班:9AM - 6PM
- 晚班:5PM - 12AM

每周轮休 2 天

晚班/公共假期/周末可居家上班

工作亮点:

- 纯Livechat客服,不打电话(压力小)
- 日常接触客户数据、销售记录等
- 接触真实的云平台操作流程
- 提供完整培训,不怕缺乏经验

工作内容:

1. 在线客户服务(只用Livechat)
- 通过 Live Chat 处理中文和英文客户问题
- 协助客户充值、续费、查看账单
- 给出清楚、快速的解答

2. 数据与系统操作
- 跟进客户账户、折扣和交易记录
- 用 Excel 做表格、对账、查异常
- 整理客户数据,协助团队做决策

3. 优化流程
- 记录客户常见问题,帮团队改进 SOP
- 提出建议让服务更顺手、客户更满意

我们要找的人:
- 懂中文 & 英文(主要是打字,写得清楚)
- Excel 要熟:VLOOKUP、数据筛选、PivotTable 这些最好会
- 有客服或 chat support 经验加分
- 仔细、有责任心、不怕处理数据
- 能接受轮班,包括周末/公共假期
