What You’ll Do:

- **Deliver Outstanding Support**:Assist in providing top-notch customer service by responding to requests and inquiries.
- **Monitor & Take Action**:Help track and respond to proactive system alerts to ensure smooth operations.
- **Gain Practical Technical Experience**:Work alongside experienced technical team to diagnose and resolve basic hardware/software issues.
- **Develop Essential Skills** - Receive mentorship and training to build a strong foundation in IT support.
- **Assist with Administrative Tasks** - Support the team with data organization, documentation, and other admin duties.

What We’re Looking For:

- **Education**: Final-year student or recent graduate in any related field.
- **Skills & Mindset**: Strong communication and interpersonal skills. A curious and proactive attitude with a drive to learn and grow.
- **Languages**: Required Mandarin - to support Taiwan customers.
