**Role Description**

The Sales Management Officer handles customer inquiries, sales coordination, and order processing. This role ensures smooth sales operations and maintains strong client relationships.

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Process customer orders and coordinate deliveries.
- Handle customer inquiries related to products and orders.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and sales documents.
- Coordinate sales team activities and manage schedules.
- Maintain accurate sales records and ensure data integrity.
- Support sales operations and lead generation efforts.
- Uphold company policies and ensure compliance.
- Perform other sales-related tasks as assigned.

**QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS**
- Diploma or higher in a relevant field.
- Experience in sales or sales coordination is a plus.
- Proficient in Google Suite & Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, etc.)
- Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Customer service-oriented with excellent interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently.
- Experience in the manufacturing industry is a plus.
- Own transport is required.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
