**POSITION OVERVIEW**
The Project Administrator role offers fresh graduates an excellent opportunity to kickstart their careers in project management. You will assist the project management team in coordinating and tracking project tasks, organizing meetings, and preparing reports. This role is ideal for individuals eager to learn, grow, and contribute to meaningful projects.
**Roles and Responsibilities**
- Assist in the documentation associated with purchasing project related items
- Assist in creating project plans and managing them from start to finish.
- Monitor project tasks to ensure smooth progress.
- Prepare and distribute project materials and documentation.
- Support the implementation of policies and procedures for projects.
- Attend project meetings and document key takeaways.
- Help assess budgets and identify potential risks or delays.
- Maintain and update project budgets as work progresses.
- Communicate updates between management and team members.
- Assist in setting project timelines and benchmarks.
- Support staff in adhering to project schedules and budgets.
- Provide administrative support, such as note-taking, report generation, and task follow-up.
- Help arrange and follow up on project claims.
