_**Job Summary**_

The Human Resource Assistant is responsible for providing administrative and operational support to the HR Department. This role primarily focuses on HR documentation, record management, compliance monitoring, staff data upkeep, and ensuring smooth execution of HR operations in alignment with company policies and procedures.
- **Key Responsibilities**_

**A. HR Administration & Documentation**
- Maintain and update employee personnel files, HR databases, and staff records (digital and physical).
- Prepare and issue HR documents including offer letters, appointment letters, confirmation letters, warning letters, and other HR correspondences.
- Assist in managing attendance records, leave updates, and tracking staff movement.
- Update and maintain internal HR folders, staff lists, organisation charts, and employee information logs.
- Handle documentation for interns, contract staff, and permanent employees.
- Ensure effective filing systems and confidentiality of sensitive HR information.
- Support preparation of weekly and monthly HR administrative reports.

**B. HR Operations & Compliance**
- Assist in daily HR operational tasks to ensure adherence to company HR policies, procedures, and SOPs.
- Support payroll-related processes by compiling attendance summaries, leave reports, OT claims, and employee-related data.
- Monitor and track probation periods, contract expiry dates, and related follow-ups for timely HR action.
- Prepare HR reports, documentation, and forms needed for audits, internal meetings, and management review.
- Assist in preparing staff communication materials such as internal memos, notices, announcements, and updates.
- Support office administration tasks related to HR functions, including access card requests, asset tracking, and staff documentation.
- **Requirements**_
- **Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field.**:

- **Knowledge of HR administrative processes, documentation handling, and compliance practices.**:

- **Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).**:

- **Strong organisational skills with high attention to detail.**:

- **Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times.**:

- **Able to work independently and collaboratively within the HR team.**

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Contract
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
