Role Description

As a Business Development Executive, you will play a key role in expanding Savino Del Bene's customer base and strengthening our presence in the Northern Region. Your responsibilities include:


• Identifying new business opportunities and developing new customer accounts


• Managing and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients


• Understanding customer logistics needs and providing suitable freight solutions


• Preparing sales proposals, quotations, and presentations


• Collaborating with the operations team to ensure smooth shipment handling


• Achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets


• Conducting market research and competitor analysis

This role is ideal for someone who is self-motivated, results-driven, and passionate about the logistics and supply chain industry.

Qualifications

We are looking for candidates who meet the following requirements:


• Diploma or Degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field


• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply; training will be provided


• Prior experience in freight forwarding or logistics sales is an advantage


• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills


• Ability to work independently and as part of a team


• Possess own transport and willing to travel for customer visits


• Fluent in English; ability to communicate in Mandarin or Malay is an added advantage
