Shipping & Logistics

  • Handle all inbound and outbound shipments to ensure timely delivery.
  • Prepare and manage shipping documents, freight quotations, and cost comparisons.
  • Coordinate with transporters, warehouses, and internal teams to ensure smooth logistics flow.
  • Plan and optimize shipment routes to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Ensure compliance with import/export regulations.

Procurement

  • Review and process purchase orders accurately.
  • Coordinate with suppliers for materials, equipment, and delivery schedules.
  • Work with the warehouse team to monitor incoming goods and inventory levels.
  • Resolve issues related to defective or delayed goods and follow up with vendors.
  • Match supplier invoices, delivery orders, and purchase orders for accuracy.
  • Prepare monthly outstanding PO reports and maintain proper documentation.
  • Ensure all purchasing activities follow company policies and procedures.

Requirements

  • Diploma or Degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, or related field.
  • 2–5 years of experience in procurement, shipping, or logistics (preferably in manufacturing/trading).
  • Knowledge of import/export procedures and freight forwarding.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and ERP systems.
  • Good communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
  • Able to work independently and multitask effectively.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM5, RM6,000.00 per month

Experience:

  • Procurement: 2 years (Preferred)
  • Shipping & receiving: 2 years (Preferred)
