Job Responsibilities

  • Full set of LMW license application.
  • Monitor the expiration date of the LMW license and exemption for CEPT.
  • Prepare monthly and yearly Custom reports.
  • Issue shipping (DO, Invoice) for local and export shipments (prepare document for declaration).
  • Matching the invoice and PO for the account department.
  • Monitoring outstanding DO from the customer.
  • Alert the customer and the sub-con when the license expires.
  • Managing the different activities related to logistics, like storage, record, and billing.
  • Working in coordination with other staff to complete all the tasks related to logistics.
  • Responsible for shipment & delivery arrangements according to the orders.
  • Tracking shipments for customers.
  • Identifying the logistics problems and finding the right solutions.
  • Propose innovative ways to improve service and cost, from both technological and process improvements.
  • Arrange for vehicle repairs as needed.
  • Keep mileage records and repair records up-to-date.
  • Perform any other duties assigned by superiors when it is deemed necessary from time to time.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor's Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management or a related field may be required.
  • At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required.
  • Working experience with relevant software.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Excellent understanding of the freight industry.
  • In-depth knowledge of logistics and shipping documentation.
  • Strong sense of time organization and urgency.
  • Ability to multitask and perform under pressure.
  • Ability to work in a team environment, while also delivering independent results.
