Job Responsibilities :

  • Ensure that all shipping activities are executed accurately, on time, and in compliance with the relevant regulations and requirements.
  • Handle and maintain all documentation associated with shipping. Accurate documentation is essential for compliance and tracking.
  • Manage the packaging of goods for local deliveries. Ensure that items are appropriately protected, labeled, and packaged to prevent damage during transit.
  • Clear communication with logistics partners, suppliers, and internal teams. This is essential for coordinating the various aspects of the shipping and logistics process.
  • Planning, arrange and coordinate with driver and customer for product delivery.
  • Achieve customer KPI standard.

Job Requirements :


• With knowledge of shipping procedures, documentation, and relevant regulations would be an added advantage.

  • Ability to manage pressure and conflicting demands and priorities tasks and workload.
  • High attention to details, efficiency, organize, planning and problem solving skills are compulsory fir this position.
