About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and driven Supply Chain/Logistics Intern to join our team at Swap Asia, a leading distributor in the manufacturing, transport, and logistics industries. This full-time internship, based in Petaling Jaya, Selangor, offers hands-on exposure to various aspects of supply chain and logistics operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of supply chain and purchasing operations.
  • Support data entry, documentation, and inventory tracking activities.
  • Liaise with suppliers for quotations, deliveries, and order updates.
  • Monitor delivery schedules, stock availability, and prepare related performance reports.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve processes and efficiency.
  • Provide administrative and operational support as required.

Requirements

  • Currently pursuing a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business, or related fields.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other basic computer applications.
  • Detail-oriented, proactive, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment.
  • Willing to work on-site at our Petaling Jaya office.
