We are looking for an experienced Customer Service Specialist to join our team.

The ideal candidate will be the focal point for our valuable customers from order enquiries, order entry, delivery follow up as well as handling complains and returns.

This role requires strong communication skills, customer-oriented mindset, attention to detail, efficiency in operation, and proficiency in SAP.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • University Degree or Diploma education.
  • Minimum 2–3 years proven experience in customer service or a related role.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and a customer-oriented mindset.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize and manage time effectively.
  • Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure.
  • Knowledge of SAP is an advantage.
  • Fluent in Malay, English. Other AISAN language is a plus

Requirement:

  • Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries across all communication channels.
  • Handle customer orders, returns, and credit notes in the SAP system with attention to detail
  • Provide timely and accurate information to customers regarding orders and delivery status.
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues effectively and efficiently.
  • Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions, orders, and delivery statuses.
  • Work collaboratively with internal teams to address customer needs and concerns.
  • Coordinate with logistics teams to ensure accurate and timely shipment of goods.
  • Identify and escalate priority issues to management.
