Key Account Manager

Job Scope
- Acquire a thorough understanding of key customer needs and requirements.
- Expand relationships with existing customers by continuously proposing solutions that meet their objectives.
- Serve as the communication link between key customers and internal teams.
- Resolve issues and problems faced by customers and handle complaints to maintain trust.
- Develop trust-based relationships with major clients to ensure loyalty and long-term partnerships.
- Play an integral part in generating new sales that will develop into sustainable relationships.
- Prepare regular reports of progress and forecasts to internal and external stakeholders using key account metrics.
- Negotiate contracts with key clients and ensure deadlines are met to achieve long-term client goals.
- Monitor and stay updated on competitors' activities and industry trends.
- The Key Account Manager has the authority to achieve the company's sales targets, goals, and objectives through leadership and management of the department's staff.
Qualification Requirements
- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in any field or equivalent qualification.
- Minimum of five (5) years of working experience in a related field.
