Role Description

1.1 Support the administration, rollout, and execution of employee retention and growth initiatives, including tracking participation, managing communications, and ensuring timely follow-through on development plans and recognition programs.

1.2 Input, manage, and update employee data in HR Systems (Monday Directory, Kakitangan, BRIOHR etc) and relevant tracking systems accurately and promptly.

1.3 Support the implementation of compensation and benefits plans by preparing documents, tracking changes, and assisting with communication to employees.

1.4 Work with payroll to prepare and double-check monthly payout data – ensuring figures match approved amounts and deadlines are met.

1.5 Manage the end-to-end administration of learning sessions, including scheduling, logistics, and communication with participants and trainers.

Qualifications

  • Human Resources (HR) and HR Management skills
  • Knowledge of HR Policies and Employee Benefits
  • Experience in Personnel Management
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • Previous experience in an HR-related role is a plus
