Company Overview

Our client is a multinational company (MNC) and a global leader in industrial tools. To support their growth, they are looking for a Sales Engineer to expand their presence in the construction sector.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities with end users in the construction industry.
  • Build and maintain a strong network of industry contacts to promote company products.
  • Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting and negotiation to deal closure.
  • Conduct product presentations, technical demonstrations, and training sessions for clients.
  • Monitor competitors' activities and provide market insights for better strategy.
  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and meet sales targets.

Requirements

  • Diploma or Degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in B2B sales, business development, or project sales, preferably in construction or building materials.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Self-driven, result-oriented, and willing to travel across Malaysia and attend site visits.
  • Prefer to have a valid driver's license and own vehicle.
