Job Responsibilities:
- Preparing reports, paperwork, document preparation, letters, emails writing, or any communication medium. Ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
- Able to communicate and write effectively in Bahasa Melayu and English.
- To establish and maintain a friendly and warm networking environment.
- Responding to inquiries in a professional and in a timely manner.
- To source, compile, to prepare, to present and to analyse data and statistics.
- Provide administrative tasks and operational tasks for meetings, discussion, negotiation, lab, workshop, campaign, exhibition, events, conferences and perform other as requested.
- Ensure transaction, data, information are properly recorded and managing documents, schedules, office supplies, budget and stakeholders.
- Ability to multitask, ability to prioritise task, able to manage time effectively, work independently or in a team in a fast-paced environment.
- To travel occasionally may be required
- Proactive, energetic, willing to learn, a problem-solving mindset, flexible and adaptable to changing priorities and demands, honest and responsible.
- Able to managing tasks to keep office running smoothly. Overall administration activity.
- Able to start work immediately or with short notice is preferred.
Job Requirement:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Economic, Accounting or any related field
- Computer literate and proficient in MS Word, Excel, Power Point and Outlook
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
- No experience required
- Job training will be provided
- Own a valid driving license and a car are advantage
