Medi Radio Malaysia Sdn Bhd is looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Administration Executive to support our team. The role involves handling accounts receivable & payable tasks, and general administrative support.

The ideal candidate should have basic knowledge of accounting, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

Fresh graduates are welcome – professional training will be provided.

Location: Mont Kiara, Kuala Lumpur

Hours: Full time, permanent employment, Monday to Friday

Tasks:

  • Review of invoices and purchase orders

  • Preparation of customer invoices & payment follow-up

  • Administration of sales orders – order follow-up

  • Preparation of payments

  • Review and validation of supplier e-invoices

  • Preparation of customer e-invoices

  • Preparation of self-billing e-invoices (foreign suppliers)

  • Reconciliation of accounts

  • Analytical accountancy

  • Preparation of expense reports

  • Registration and follow-up of stock movement

Administration of Sales

  • General administrative support

  • Able to assist our logistics periodically as per business requirement

Ideal candidate's profile:

  • Languages: English and Bahasa Malaysia

  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

  • Ability to work independently (while being supported by experienced management)

  • Motivation to grow in the job and willing to learn

  • Hands-on person, happy to support the various general tasks in a small but growing organization

  • ERP: MS Office, Accountancy Software (working with SQL)
