Responsibilities

  • Technical experience of for project installation, maintenance & troubleshooting.
  • To oversee routine preventive maintenance of mechanical, electrical & control equipment.
  • To control and regularly maintain of automation control system, electrical and mechanical equipment maintenance with daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly checks and preparing report.
  • Perform M&E & control system monitoring, verifying the integrity and availability of all the electrical equipment.
  • To execute improvement projects as per planned in order to increase the efficiency & reliability of production machine.
  • To minimize downtime by conducting effective troubleshooting and improvement projects and work closely with the rest of the maintenance team.
  • To deal with emergencies, unplanned problems and repairs with the team with 24/7 on-call support service.
  • Complete detailed reports listing requests to technical assistance, steps taken to resolve them, and the specific dates / individuals involved.
  • To control maintenance tools, stores and equipment.
  • Any ad-hoc duties as assigned

Qualifications

  • Min Diploma in Computer Science/Software Engineering/Information of Technology/Electrical or Electronic Engineering/Mechanical or related field.
  • Job position is open for Junior/Entry level to apply.
  • Extensive knowledge of OS system, MS Office, Control, M&E, and able to troubleshoot complex software and hardware issues.
  • Ability to manage the project and have good communication skills with teamwork and independent.
  • Additional knowledge in PLC control, PC based machine control, system application & programming.
  • Strongly with Microsoft office knowledge.
  • Analytical and problem-solving skill.
  • Basic project management to handle on new project.
  • Able to work independent and proactive working attitude.
  • Able to travel on site project (Project area Kuala Lumpur, Selangor, Penang, Kedah).
  • Able to support hotline off from work.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From RM2,700.00 per month
