DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Familiar with employment and advertising agencies for recruitment and selection with best match of job descriptions and qualifications.
  • Negotiate with agencies for service fee, online employment service availability for long-term use and cost effectiveness.
  • Assist HR & Admin to update and prepare annual headcount report and organization chart.
  • Develop standard contract/agreement for overseas and local workers.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with staff at all levels in local languages and also good writing skills.
  • Possess meticulous, detailed and well-organized skills to meet deadlines and able to work independently.
  • Proficient in computer software application specifically with MS Excel and numerically inclined.

QUALIFICATION/ EXPERIENCE:

  • Min Qualification: Degree/Diploma Human Resources Management/ Business Administration
  • Min Experience: 1 years relevant experience in HR & Administration proficiency
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
  • Preferred Male Candidate.
