We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Software Quality Assurance (QA) Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality and reliability of our web and mobile applications through rigorous testing processes. You will work closely with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to understand requirements, identify potential issues, and ensure that all products meet user expectations and business standards before release.

As part of the QA team, you will execute manual and automated test plans, perform SQL database validations, and contribute to continuous process improvements. This position offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic environment with a collaborative team focused on delivering high-quality software solutions.

Job Responsibilities:
  1. Design, develop, and execute comprehensive test plans and test cases for both web and mobile applications.
  2. Maintain and regularly update test documentation, including test cases, scripts, and test reports.
  3. Perform CRUD operations using SQL; strong understanding of SQL for database validation and testing.
  4. Review and analyze user requirements to ensure thorough understanding of business needs.
  5. Conduct manual testing and support test automation efforts to identify bugs and ensure software quality.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

1.Candidates with up to 2-3 years of experience in software quality assurance are encouraged to apply.

2.Fundamental debugging skills and a understanding of programming concepts.

3.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

4.Experience with test management and issue tracking tools.

5.Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with strong teamwork and communication skills.

6.Ability to speak in Mandarin is an advantage but not a must.

7.Priority have experience in testing Team Leader, are familiar with the testing process and its management, or are an expert in automation testing, performance testing, etc.
