Job Responsibilities
- Handle daily accounting operations, financial records, and documentation management.
- Manage Account Receivable (AR) including invoice preparation, payment follow-up, and accurate transaction recording.
- Prepare and issue invoices, billings, and receipts to customers, ensuring all records are updated and organized.
- Assist in preparing monthly financial reports, reconciliation statements, and provide support for audit requirements.
- Perform general administrative duties such as filing, answering basic calls, and managing company documents.
- Coordinate with suppliers, customers, and internal departments to ensure smooth workflow.
- Support other tasks assigned by management when required.
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year working experience in any industry (experience in accounting/admin is an advantage).
- Educational background in Accounting / Finance / Business Administration or related field.
- Familiarity with accounting software (e.g., SQL, UBS, AutoCount) is an added advantage.
- Detail-oriented, responsible, and able to work independently.
- Possess own transport and a valid driving licence.
- Good communication and time-management skills.
