Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative and secretarial support including diary management to the Executive Chairman during her travels.
  • Manage and coordinate all local and overseas travel arrangements for the Executive Chairman's Office and provide timely and effective communications with the relevant internal and external contacts.
  • Attend with urgency and a high degree of discretion and professionalism, ad-hoc special travel requests and arrangements for VIPs.
  • Provide timely support and assistance to the supporting travel team to address any travel related inquiries or issues.
  • Update in the Corporate Travel Management System accurate records of travel plans completed and related expenses incurred.

Requirements:

  • Diploma in Business Studies or related discipline.
  • Well versed with MS Office (Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook)
  • Minimum 5 years related working experience.
  • Able to travel overseas regularly with the Travel Team.
  • Good command of spoken and written English.
  • Able to multi-task and work in a fast-pace and changing environment.
  • Willing to work extra hours (when needed) to meet work demands.
  • Pleasant personality and possess good interpersonal skills.
