Travel Executive

JOB DESCRIPTION
Provide administrative and secretarial support including diary management to the Executive Chairman during her travels
Manage and coordinate all local and overseas travel arrangements for the Executive Chairman's Office and provide timely and effective communications with the relevant internal and external contacts
Attend with urgency and a high degree of discretion and professionalism, ad-hoc special travel requests and arrangements for VIPs
Provide timely support and assistance to the supporting travel team to address any travel related inquiries or issues
Update in the Corporate Travel Management System accurate records of travel plans completed and related expenses incurred
REQUIREMENTS
- Diploma in Business Studies or related discipline
- Minimum 5 years related working experience
- Well versed with MS Office (Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook)
- Able to travel overseas regularly with the Travel Team
- Pleasant personality and possess good interpersonal skills
- Good command of spoken and written English
- Able to multi-task and work in a fast-pace and changing environment
- Willing to work extra hours (when needed) to meet work demands

- Candidate must possess a valid driving licence
- Open to Malaysian citizens only
