Job Brief
The Business Development Executive/ Manager will be crucial to our business growth in Malaysia. This role includes driving revenue growth and market share by identifying, pursuing and closing deals in collaboration with sales and technical teams. You will be the front of the company and will have the dedication to create and apply an effective sales and marketing strategy.
The goal is to drive sustainable revenue growth through boosting sales and forging strong relationships with clients and business partners.
Key Responsibilities
- Achieve KPI & sales targets for the designated territory and named accounts.
- Planning and overseeing new sales and marketing initiatives with vendors.
- Contacting potential customers/ partners to establish rapport and arrange meetings.
- Maintain robust business relationships and brand preference with key customers/ partners.
- Finding and developing new markets and partners to improve sales.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing or related field.
- Experience in sales, marketing or related field.
- Strong communication skills.
- Fluent in English & Bahasa Malaysia.
- Ability to flourish with minimal guidance, be proactive, and handle uncertainty.
- Fresh graduate encouraged to apply.
