Human Resource Management
- Develop and enforce HR policies and practices that align with the company's values and Malaysian labor laws (e.g., Employment Act 1955, SOCSO, EPF, EIS).
- Oversee the full HR lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, training, and exit processes.
- Maintain up-to-date employee records and ensure accurate payroll processing, either in-house or via external vendors.
- Lead initiatives that enhance employee engagement and workplace culture, such as welfare activities and safety campaigns.
- Manage disciplinary cases, grievances, and industrial relations matters with professionalism and compliance.
- Collaborate with the HSE team to ensure a safe and compliant working environment.
- Develop and execute strategies to attract, retain, and motivate top talent in a competitive labor market.
- Oversee foreign workforce matters, including quota applications, FWCMS processing, and JTK permit renewals.
- Conduct salary benchmarking using industry surveys (e.g., FMM, MEF) to ensure competitiveness.
- Ensure the company remains fully compliant with all relevant labor laws and statutory requirements.
Administration & Facility Management
- Manage all aspects of office administration, including facilities, security, and general upkeep.
- Coordinate repair, servicing, and maintenance for office and production equipment.
- Oversee administrative contracts, insurance matters, company assets, and legal documentation.
- Supervise and guide support staff such as receptionists, office assistants, drivers, and cleaners.
- Assist senior management with internal communications, reporting, and special projects.
- Ensure documentation and records are audit-ready and compliant with ISO and legal standards.
- Act as the main liaison for government audits and inspections (e.g., JTK, DOSH, Bomba).
