Sales Manager or AM

- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business growth and revenue targets especially China & Taiwan market.
- Identify and approach new B2B or B2C clients (e.g., food manufacturers, distributors, wholesalers).
- Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
- Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and budgets.
- Handle client issues & complaints promptly & professionally.
- Collaborate with production and logistics teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Attend trade shows, exhibitions, and industry events when necessary.
- Negotiate pricing, contracts, and delivery terms with customers.
Job Requirements:
- Sales expertise: 3-5 years of experience in sales and distribution, preferably at an assistant manager or managerial level in general trade or modern trade. Experience with FMCG and food products is a plus.
- Industry connections: Established network with distributors in convenience store and/or supermarket segments.
- Educational background: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Leadership skills: Excellent ability to lead, communicate, negotiate, and present ideas effectively.
- Problem-solving mindset: Capability to remain composed and find solutions under pressure.
- Adaptability: Highly self-motivated individual who can thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Able to travel overseas.
