We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Executive to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment processes, supporting HR operations, and contributing to the overall employee experience. If you have a passion for people, strong organizational skills, and a keen eye for talent, we'd love to meet you.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement effective recruitment strategies, including posting job advertisements across various platforms.
- Review resumes, conduct initial screening interviews, and coordinate interviews with relevant departments.
- Manage the hiring process, including job offers, salary negotiations, and preparation/updating of employment contracts and HR policies.
- Promote the company's employer brand through social media, job fairs, and other outreach initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and HR best practices.
- Assist with other HR-related tasks as required.
Qualifications:
- Diploma, Bachelor's Degree in HR, Psychology, Business, or related fields.
- Minimum two years of recruitment or HR experience.
- Experience hiring in Tourism/Hospitality industry.
Hands-on with LinkedIn Recruiter/JobStreet Talent Search.
Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
- Problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently as well as in a team.
- Good knowledge of labor laws and employment regulations.
- Able to start work immediately is added advantage.
