Job Summary

Lead talent and organizational capability initiatives across the group, supporting sustainable growth and success at individual, team, and organizational levels. Design, implement, and manage talent management, leadership development, succession planning, and learning & development frameworks to promote high-performance culture and talent retention.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build relationships with business leaders to align talent strategies with business goals.
  • Provide thought leadership on best-in-class talent management practices.
  • Implement talent assessment, succession planning, and leadership placement processes.
  • Design and deliver learning and development programs to enhance capabilities of emerging and experienced leaders.
  • Drive change management initiatives to support organizational effectiveness and adoption of new processes.
  • Manage talent analytics, governance, and reporting to support strategy and decision-making.
  • Oversee vendor management for L&D programs, ensuring cost-efficiency and high impact.
  • Champion diversity and inclusion initiatives in talent strategies.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Organization Development, Organizational Behavior, or related field (Master's preferred).
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in talent management and organization development in dynamic, people-centric organizations.
  • Proven experience in designing and implementing leadership development frameworks, succession planning, and talent assessments.
  • Strong program management, facilitation, and data analytics skills.
  • Excellent communication, consulting, coaching, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to influence and drive change across all levels.
  • Results-oriented, resourceful, and self-motivated with a progressive mindset.

Salary

  • RM15,000 – RM20,000 per month, depending on experience and qualifications

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM15, RM20,000.00 per month
