Accounts & Finance Assistant/Executive

Responsibilities:

  • Record and update daily financial transactions.
  • Maintain accounts, and financial records.
  • Prepare invoices and payment processing.
  • Handle accounts payable and/or receivable.
  • Reconcile and verify bank statements and sale collections cash reports.
  • Assist in monthly closing, management reports, and cash flow preparation.
  • Process claims, and expenses.
  • Support inter-department such as operation for terminal arrangement and business license application.
  • Communicate with suppliers, tenants, landlords, and internal departments on payment and account matters.
  • Contribute to ad hoc jobs assigned by the head of department/CFO.

Requirements:

  • Degree/Diploma in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
  • Fresh graduates or candidates with 1–2 years' experience are encouraged to apply.
  • Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn multiple aspects of accounting.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work independently with minimal supervision.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Contract length: 12 months

Pay: RM2, RM3,000.00 per month
