Job Overview

We're looking for driven and enthusiastic SME Sales Executives to join our growing team in the cybersecurity domain. You will be responsible for identifying business opportunities, building client relationships, and delivering tailored solutions that address the security needs of SMEs.

This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who have a passion for sales, enjoy technology, and want to make a real impact in the growing field of cybersecurity.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new SME sales opportunities through outbound calls, networking, referrals, and industry events.
  • Present and demonstrate InternetNow's cybersecurity solutions to prospective clients.
  • Understand client needs and propose the right mix of solutions and services.
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing clients for upselling and renewals.
  • Collaborate with the technical team to ensure accurate solution proposals and successful implementations.
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
  • Keep up-to-date with industry trends, product developments, and competitor offerings.

Requirements

  • Experience in sales (preferably B2B or SME-focused) is a strong advantage.
  • Fresh graduates or career switchers passionate about sales are encouraged to apply.
  • Strong interest or knowledge in cybersecurity or IT is preferred.
  • Good communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Self-motivated, result-driven, and able to work independently.
  • Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia. Mandarin is a bonus.
  • Possess own transport and is willing to travel for client meetings when necessary.
