Job Responsibilities
- Strategic Account Management:
Oversee the operation of key strategic accounts, ensuring customer needs and concerns are addressed promptly and effectively. Provide consultative services to drive business growth.
- Customer Satisfaction:
Lead end-to-end project planning and execution, ensuring high-quality service delivery. Continuously optimize project plans and maintain regular communication with clients to enhance satisfaction levels.
- Project Issue Resolution:
Collaborate across departments to identify, analyze, and resolve project challenges. Propose actionable solutions to improve product operations and service outcomes.
- Pre-Sales and Sales Support:
Assist in pre-sales activities, including managing Proof of Concept (POC) projects, to ensure smooth execution and strong client satisfaction.
Job Requirements
- Education:
Bachelor's degree or above in Computer Science, Information Technology, Telecommunications, or related fields. Candidates with strong overall qualifications may be considered regardless of their major.
- Experience:
3-5 years of relevant experience in pre-sales, post-sales, or the IT industry is preferred.
- Skills and Attributes:
Highly responsible, team-oriented, proactive, and driven by excellence with a positive attitude.
- Technical Knowledge:
Strong learning capability with basic knowledge of networking and web technologies. Proficiency in Linux is an added advantage. Familiarity with network analysis tools, website optimization, and shell scripting is a plus.
- Communication and Coordination:
Excellent communication and coordination skills, with the ability to provide outstanding client service and facilitate effective cross-department collaboration.
- Project Management:
Demonstrated ability to break down project objectives, manage processes efficiently, and ensure successful implementation.
- Language Skills:
Proficient in both written and spoken English & Mandarin (support client from globally)
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM7, RM10,000.00 per month
