Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic Account Management:
    Oversee operations for key accounts, ensuring client satisfaction and providing consultative solutions to foster business growth.
  • Customer Engagement:
    Plan and execute end-to-end projects while maintaining consistent and effective communication with clients.
  • Problem Solving:
    Collaborate across departments to identify and resolve project challenges, ensuring continuous improvement in product operations.
  • Sales Support:
    Assist pre-sales and sales teams in executing Proof of Concept (POC) projects and ensuring successful delivery.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in
    Computer Science, IT, Telecommunications
    , or related fields.
  • Minimum
    3–5 years of experience
    in pre-sales, post-sales, or IT support roles.
  • Strong responsibility, proactive attitude, and a team-oriented mindset.
  • Good understanding of
    networks and websites
    ; knowledge of
    Linux
    ,
    network analysis tools
    , or
    shell scripting
    is an advantage.
  • Excellent
    communication and coordination
    skills, capable of working effectively with clients and internal teams.
  • Ability to break down project goals, manage timelines, and ensure successful project execution.
  • Proficiency in Chinese
    is an added advantage.
