Job Summary:

The Project Manager is responsible for planning, coordinating, executing, and closing projects from initiation to completion. This role ensures that projects are delivered on time, within scope, budget, and quality standards while acting as the primary point of contact between clients, management, and internal project teams.

1. Project Planning

  • Develop project schedules, timelines, and milestones.
  • Prepare and manage the project budget and cost control.

2. Team Management

  • Assign tasks and responsibilities to project team members.
  • Monitor team performance and provide guidance where necessary.
  • Act as the main liaison between management, clients, and project teams.

3. Project Execution & Monitoring

  • Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, budget, and quality standards.
  • Track project progress and prepare regular status reports.
  • Identify project risks and implement mitigation plans.

4. Client & Stakeholder Management

  • Communicate with clients, vendors, and stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Manage scope changes and variation orders with proper approval.
  • Resolve project-related issues and conflicts effectively.

5. Quality, Documentation & Compliance

  • Ensure all project deliverables meet required quality standards.
  • Maintain proper project documentation and records.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, contracts, and relevant regulations.

6. Project Closure

  • Manage project handover and closure activities.
  • Prepare final project reports and post-project evaluations.
  • Identify lessons learned for continuous improvement.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM3, RM3,800.00 per month
