Location and Travel: Based in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia and less than 15% for travel.

Job Summary

The Technical Engineer / Consultant will serve as a technical expert and trusted advisor, working closely with the sales team to deliver tailored PAM solutions to clients in Malaysia. The ideal candidate shall have hands-on experience in implementing and managing PAM solutions and a proven track record in pre-sales or advisory roles within the cybersecurity or IT industry.

Key Responsibilities

  • Customer Engagement: Collaborate with prospective and existing clients to understand their business requirements, security challenges, and IT environments, translating these into actionable PAM solutions.
  • Implementation Support: Assist in the initial setup, configuration, and integration of PAM solutions during PoCs
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with sales teams, product management.
  • Technical Documentation: Develop and deliver technical proposals, architecture designs, and integration plans, including detailed documentation for customer environments.
  • Training and Enablement: Conduct training sessions and workshops for customers and partners teams on PAM best practices and solution capabilities.
  • Regional Coverage: Support sales efforts across Malaysia, with a focus on Kuala Lumpur, engaging with enterprises in sectors such as finance, government, and technology.

Required Qualifications

  • Self-discipline and Self-driven and proactive person
  • Willing to become a member of a start-up company

  • Technical Background (focus one of following)

  • Cyber Security

  • Infrastructure Administration

  • Programming or DevOps.

  • Familiarity with enterprise IT environments, including Windows, Unix/Linux, Active Directory, Azure AD, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) as well as database.

  • Knowledge of scripting languages (e.g., PowerShell, Python) for automation and integration tasks.
  • Customer-focused mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional service and building long-term relationships.

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related field (or equivalent experience).Welcome Application Developer to transform to Consultant role

  • Have experience in K8S or docker
  • Proficient in English and Chinese
