Requirements

  • Assist in preparing and filing statutory forms and documents with SSM (Suruhanjaya Syarikat Malaysia) via MyCoID / MBRS
  • Assist in incorporation of companies, lodgement of annual returns, directors' and shareholders' resolutions
  • Prepare and maintain statutory registers (Register of Members, Directors, Secretaries, Shareholders, etc.)
  • Monitor and track statutory deadlines and compliance requirements
  • Liaise with clients, auditors, tax agents, bankers, and regulators
  • Handle correspondence, follow-ups, and basic client enquiries
  • Assist in billing, documentation submission, and file tracking

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Diploma / Degree in Corporate Administration, Business Administration, Law, or related fields
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
  • Basic knowledge of Companies Act 2016 and corporate secretarial practices is an advantage
  • Familiarity with SSM / MyCoID / MBRS systems is an added advantage
  • Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia (Mandarin is an added advantage)
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, )
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
