Reporting To: Marketing Manager

Salary Range: RM 4,000 - 6,000 (based on experience)

About the Role

We're seeking a talented Marketing Executive with strong copywriting and design skills who can create conversion-focused content for both online and offline channels. You'll work closely with our performance ad strategists, marketing agencies and CRO team to craft marketing materials that drive results.

What You'll Create:

Online: Website landing pages, Marketplace content (Shopee, Amazon), Other online static images

Offline: Brochures, flyers, product inserts, packaging copy, promotional materials

Role Split:

  • 50% Copywriting (compelling, conversion-focused copy)
  • 50% Design (visual content creation using Canva and design tools)

Key Responsibilities

Copywriting:

  • Write high-converting copy for website landing pages, product descriptions, and marketing campaigns
  • Develop Marketplace content copy and optimized product listings
  • Create compelling headlines, CTAs, and benefit-driven messaging
  • Write copy for hardcopy materials (brochures, flyers, product inserts, packaging)
  • Work with CRO team to optimize messaging based on conversion data
  • Collaborate with performance ad strategists on campaign messaging

Design & Visual Content:

  • Design marketing materials for both digital and print using Canva Pro
  • Create landing page graphics, banners, and infographics
  • Design hardcopy marketing materials (brochures, flyers, posters, product inserts)
  • Create product photography layouts and lifestyle visuals
  • Design comparison charts, testimonial cards, and trust badges
  • Maintain consistent brand identity across all materials (online + offline)
  • Prepare print-ready files for production

Implementation:

  • Use Shopify page builders to implement landing pages
  • Upload Amazon A+ and Marketplaces content using Content Manager
  • Coordinate with printers for hardcopy material production
  • Work with performance marketers to align messaging with campaigns
  • Implement feedback from CRO team testing results

What We're Looking For

Copywriting Expertise:

  • Strong copywriting skills with proven conversion results
  • 3-5 years of experience writing marketing copy (online + offline)
  • Portfolio demonstrating persuasive, benefit-driven copy
  • Experience with e-commerce/DTC brand copywriting
  • Understanding of customer psychology and conversion principles
  • Ability to write compliant health/supplement marketing copy

Design Skills:

  • Advanced Canva Pro skills (primary design tool)
  • Print design experience (brochures, flyers, packaging inserts)
  • Understanding of print specifications and file preparation
  • Strong visual design sense and brand consistency
  • Ability to create both digital and hardcopy marketing materials
  • Typography, layout, and color theory knowledge

Collaboration:

  • Experience working with performance ad strategists
  • Ability to work with CRO teams and implement optimization feedback
  • Strong communication and project management skills

Nice to Have:

  • Health/wellness/supplement industry background
  • Basic photography or photo editing skills
  • Experience with AI tools
  • Experience with packaging design
  • Adobe Photoshop/Illustrator experience

What We Offer

Compensation:

  • Salary: RM 4,000 - 6,000 based on experience and portfolio

Work Environment:

  • Work based in office in Seksyen 15, Shah Alam
  • Monday to Friday: 10 AM - 6 PM
