Here are the responsibilities:
- Drive sales effort of the entire company by cultivating relationships with existing clients and new clients.
- Conduct engaging and informative coaching sessions for potential prospects and clients.
- Perform business reviews with clients to assess their needs and identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
- Act as the primary contact for clients, promptly addressing inquiries and resolving issues to ensure optimal client experiences.
- Partner closely with the Sales Manager to ensure alignment of sales strategies with overall business objectives.
Desired skill and requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma / Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Economics, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
- Important - At least 1-2 years of proven experience in sales, marketing and business development.
- Prior experience in fundamental of business knowledge, sales, business, marketing and entrepreneurship.
- Strong knowledge of sales techniques and best practices.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skill.
- Great negotiation skills and problem-solving skills.
- The capacity to work independently and collaboratively.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
